This policy explains how Murphy's Photography ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit photosbymurphy.com or book a session with us.

Information we collect

Information you give us. Your name, email, phone number and session details when you use our booking form, call, text or email us.
Your photos. Images from your session, which we keep so we can edit and deliver your gallery.
Website usage. With your consent, Google Analytics collects information such as the pages you visit, your device and browser, and your approximate location.

How we use your information

We use your information to answer questions, schedule and deliver your session, send quotes and invoices, and improve our website. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as TalleFlow (booking and client management), Google (website analytics, only with your consent), our web host and our email provider. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Necessary cookie. pbm_consent remembers your cookie choice for 180 days.
Analytics cookies. _ga and _ga_*, set by Google Analytics, are used only if you choose Accept all.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13. Sessions for minors are booked by a parent or guardian.
